Have you ever wondered how the kings live? Well, look how King Leonidas lives. After the post about Jennifer Aniston, it’s time for her screen mate, Gerard Butler, to reveal his home. The actor owns a two-story loft in Manhattan, New York. With an area of approximately 300 square meters, the apartment is furnished quite richly but in a good sense of the word – massive furniture, decorations and many interesting crystal chandeliers.
The loft has interior by Elvis Restaino and architecture by Alexander Gorlin. The entire restoration has claimed nearly 4 years. The idea of the duo was to arrange the home in relation to Gerard’s favorite atmosphere – a mix of his travels in Europe, his most emotional memories from South America and even small references to the most preferred by him cafe in New York.
You can learn more about Gerard Butler`s loft in the May 2010 issue of the magazine “Architectural Digest”.
