Fri, Jul 17, 2009
The star of “What women wan” now can`t be envied. Not only his ex-wife claim half of its 640 millions but pregnant Russian girlfriend questioned whether to do the DNA test. So a buyer at a luxurious estate in Greenwich actor is not there .
One of the most magnificent mansions in Greenwich, Connecticut, Mel Gibson sells for 29.75 million dollars. Mel has already try to sell the estate in 2007 for 39.5 million dollars. But buyers have not had, and now – due to falling property prices – the actor is forced to reduce the cost up to 29.75 million dollars. The House in Greenwich was built in 1926 by the architect Charles Bowman. The house has an area of 1400 square meters – 15 spacious bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, exclusive oak furniture in the library. In the yard – swimming pool, tennis court, house maids, greenhouse and a pond.
